"I’ll admit, I was a little suspicious..."
I’ll admit, I was a little suspicious at first because the ticket wasn’t exactly cheap and I wasn’t sure it would be worth it. But after walking through the exhibits, it felt fair overall. Good museum, decent experience, just not the kind of place I’d call a bargain.

"Quick and easy, honestly"
I grabbed the tickets on my phone in just a few minutes, and that whole thing showed up right away. No hassle or anything, which was nice.

"The membership ended up being way more worth it than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if getting the membership would be worth it, but after using it for a while, I’m really glad I went for it. It made the whole experience feel easier and more worthwhile, and I actually found myself appreciating the little perks more than I thought I would. Overall, I loved having the membership and would definitely say it was money well spent.
"Gift showed up way too late"
I ordered a gift from the moma store thinking I had plenty of time, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking hardly updated, so I kept awkwardly checking it and feeling kind of embarrassed because the birthday came and went without the gift arriving. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole fulfillment experience was disappointing

"A bit disappointing because of the crowds"
I booked my tickets through moma.org and went on a Saturday, i was a little disappointed by how packed it was. The bigger pieces were surrounded by people, so I had to wait around just to get close enough to really see them.
That said, the website info was easy to follow and getting in was quick. A few rooms were quieter once I wandered farther in, which helped, but the crowds definitely made the visit harder to enjoy than I hoped. I’d probably still give it 4 stars, just with lower expectations for a weekend visit.

"Easy to Find the Access Info I Needed"
I had a smooth experience using MoMA’s site. The accessibility details were easy to find, which made planning the visit a lot less stressful. I could quickly check wheelchair access and accommodation info without having to click around forever. A few pages were a little slow on my phone, but overall it did what I needed and made the visit easier to plan
"Nice collection, but not quite what I expected"
I really enjoyed a lot of the modern art and there were some classic pieces that were definitely worth seeing. That said, I felt a little misled because I expected a more relaxed visit, and a few of the rooms were so packed it was hard to really take everything in. Still, the collection itself is great and I’m glad I went

"I was in a good mood going..."
I was in a good mood going in, and the visit ended up being super easy and relaxed. The special exhibit was really great and left me feeling even happier when I left.

"Super easy to get around"
The signs were really clear and easy to follow. I never felt lost, which made getting around so much nicer. Definately a smooth experience.
